GoalBayYou control when your GoalBay account ends.
GoalBay offers permanent deletion inside the app and an external support pathway if you cannot sign in.

- Sign in to GoalBay.
- Open Toolbox.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and complete the security confirmation.
This permanently removes your GoalBay account and associated personal records from active systems. It is not a temporary deactivation.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@mawsi.in from the email address registered to your GoalBay account with the subject GoalBay account deletion request. We may ask you to verify control of the registered email before deletion to protect the account from unauthorized requests.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, income, expense and household details, goals, savings records, reminders, and registered notification devices are deleted from active systems. Limited subscription-transaction, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting, or legal-compliance records may be retained with the link to the deleted account removed where appropriate. Residual encrypted backups expire through normal backup rotation.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting GoalBay does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. First visit Google Play Subscriptions to cancel recurring billing, then delete your GoalBay account. Cancellation and refunds follow Google Play policy and applicable law.
